The trip home

We got up, had breakfast, drove to the airport, flew to Worcester and drove home.
No big issues other than the plane was a bit late, but they made most of it up in the air so we only landed a few minutes late.

One more day
Jan. 3rd, 2022 06:27 pmIt turns out today was a company holiday for me.
I had been logged on and going through my email for 3 hours before I found out.
(One of the guys who works for me saw me on line and said "didn't anyone tell you this was a holiday?")
It was a good way to get back into work. I could go through the 575 emails waiting for me and not worry about meetings or other things coming it.
I had been planning all along to work today, so it was fine to do so. I'm glad I had the lower impact way to get back into it.
