So, as of this morning I have worked at this place longer than the last place.
Yes, I know it was only 291 days before the last place went out of business.
Friday was 291, but I had it off. So, I had to come in today to say I have been employed longer here than there.
Hopefully it will break the other records too.
But, it won’t be the shortest job I’ve had.

Yesterday morning when I set out for work my car smelled excessively of skunk.
I drove with the windows down in freezing rain bad.
I park under our bedroom window and my wife tells me that about the time I left yesterday there was a wave of skunk smell.
So, I must have frightened a poor skunk as I came out to my car yesterday. Maybe it was hiding under my car when I started it or something.
Poor little skunk.
I was still driving with the windows down today…
