Fucking FedEx!
Apr. 23rd, 2010 08:38 pmThe FedEx driver again had my downstairs neighbor sign for a package. My neighbor left it in the front foyer for me, where it disappeared.
I don't blame my neighbor as he was trying to help and I've never had a package stolen from there in 16 1/2 years. And some of my other neighbors have had things sit there for days without problem.
FedEx got a signature, so they can't be held responsible.
But, I'm really mad about this. It was only a $20 thing, but I get all sorts of stuff shipped. And now I feel I can't trust FedEx at all with it.

Hate the state
Dec. 16th, 2009 07:06 pmSo, we got back my MIL's will today saying we sent it to the wrong place.
I had, of course, sent it to the place on the Mass.gov website of where to send it.
But, apparently you've got to take it to the court in person, which isn't on the site.
Of course the site, written my lawyers also says "you should get a lawyer to do that".
It is an uncontested will with almost no assets. Why, other than to help the bar association, should we pay for a lawyer?
I'm most upset because it made my wife upset.
Sad.
