We got new passports. The reservations are made with the old ones.
I don’t want to show up at the airport and not be able to get on the plane due to a mismatch.

So, I tried to update it on their web site.
Won’t work.

Tried their chat bot. It said I had to call.

I called and was told "we’re too busy to talk to you" and hung up on.
Five times over 90 minutes.

The 6th time, it didn’t hang up on me, but put me on hold.
For 53 minutes.

Then, a nice young man did fix the issue fairly quickly.

Once I hung up, they called me back with a customer service poll to see how happy I was.
Morons.

I turned on the Thanksgiving parade this morning.
Kiss was playing in front of Macy's in the Macy's Thanksgiving parade.
I have to say, I could not stop laughing for their entire set.
It was just so totally unexpected.
I remember watching the parade with my dad as a kid. He'd tell me about how hard people worked to get into the parade each year and how it was the best people from the US.
I don't know how he'd feel about Kiss...
