Nice to work for one of the good ones

My company is not closing at this time due to the Corona virus.
They say you can work from home if you have a compromised health issue, take care of kids or elderly or have been exposed.
Otherwise, come to work and take precautions with sanitizer and such.
But:
“If events at Brooks or within the local region where a facility operates requires that we completely close the facility, employees whose jobs require being at the facility (and can therefore not work) would be placed on administrative leave and paid their standard weekly wage based on their hourly rate until the facility reopens. Employees who are able to work from home will continue doing so.”
So, even if we close, folks will be paid.
That’s this company, not the state or federal folks doing that.
I can work from home, so I will still work either way.
But, I’m happy my company is taking care of its people.
