Strange questions

Our receptionist puts any call that sounds at all technical to her through
to me. Despite my requests, no one is willing to train her about what is
really an engineering question and what isn’t so, I get a lot of questions
that aren’t.
I also get some questions that I can’t answer for other reasons. Like
people asking about other company’s product.
These are some examples of the calls I’ve had recently. I’ve changed them
a bit to be less specific and not name names. But, it gives you a feel of
some of them.
1) Where can I go in the Washington DC area to see an example of your
product?
2) My electrician made a hole in the wall of my office to bring power to
your product. What kind of cover does that hole take?
3) We bought some furniture from your competitor and it doesn’t work. Can
you send me the parts to fix it?
4) Can you tell me what page in the catalog has the part I’m looking for?
5) My order came in missing the screws I need, can you ship them to me
overnight?
6) Why didn’t I get the parts I ordered?
7) Which part would look better in my office?
8) Are the covers that the catalog says are ordered separately included?
