We’re being told that a really big storm is going to happen tonight,
through tomorrow and into Wednesday.
Because of that I was surprised it was only 11F/-12C this morning when I
bought gas. Normally if it is that cold there isn’t much snow as there
isn’t much moisture in the air.
The storms you have to worry about are the ones closer to freezing when
there can be a lot of moisture in the air, but it is still cold enough to
make it freeze.
Storms both cold and damp are rare. But, that looks like tomorrow:


Even Saturday’s storm that was only a medium storm covered the “snow pen”
outside of where I work.


If this storm is as big as they predict, by Wednesday I might not be able
to see the table…
