Insomnia

I've been having a lot of trouble sleeping lately.
Trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep.
Not sure why. In the old days I'd blame the heat as I didn't have air conditioning.
Now I do, and still not sleeping.
Sad.

How old is your mattress? I know mine is 10 years old and needs to be replaced...
