Working on getting home
Jul. 16th, 2014 04:49 pmThe two days of meetings in Georgia went well.
Now, I'm trying to get home.
Traffic in Atlanta is horrible 24/7. My wife got on Google and gave me advice on it as I drove along.
I still managed to get to the airport 3 1/2 hours early for my flight.
I tried to get on an earlier flight to Boston, but it was full. I could have paid $259 to be put on standby with no guarantee of a seat.
I declined that offer.
So, off to Milwaukee and then Boston.
Hope all goes well.

Date: 2014-07-17 02:40 pm (UTC)IF it was going to cost me time at work, they might. But, getting home late doesn't cut into their time for me at the office, only the amount of time I get at home for myself.
