A nice birthday!

When I got home from work last night, my wife and I set out in the
Clammobile.

We could have taken the other car, but we are both a bit worried about
turning over the unbalanced clam to others, and thought it should be tested
some more.
We went off to an all you can eat sushi restaurant in Natick. Traffic was
worse than expected, so the 15 miles took us 45 minutes. We did get there
just at the time we said, but did get the “Frank isn’t hear yet?” call to
make sure we were on the way.

met us there.
I’d show you how much folks liked eating there, but between my going up for
more and them going up for more…

They do have a lot of food besides sushi. Pretty much anything else a
Chinese or Japanese restaurant would have.
But, one of my favorite things is French. They cook crepes and let you
pick the filling.
So, two blueberry, raspberry and chocolate ones for me.

It was a very nice time with good friends.
In addition to the balloons, and arranging a nice birthday dinner for me,
my wife got me a good number of very cool presents.
A new coat, a statue that is a reproduction of one I like in the Museum of
Fine Arts, a graphite writing instrument carved to look like an owl and a
couple of eBooks I wanted.
That was all very nice of her.
So, a very cool birthday!

(No, I am not hinting! ;)
