On the corner near where I lived there used to be a fairly small old house. For many years they’ve been trying to get permission to knock it down and build a hotel or some other business there. But, things kept falling through.
This week, it looks like things might have picked up.

I’m quite sad to see that nice little house on a wooded lot gone. I hope they do something nice with the lot and don’t put in the town’s third Dunkin Donuts or something like that.
The only good news is it is probably too small for a car dealership.
