Six

Today was the sixth practice before our faire in August. To have a good show by then, we’ve got to make our most of these last few weeks.
And, it was a beautiful day.


We started by having lunch at a nice little snack shack not too far from practice.


Soon, we were there and working on our fights.


There are some questions about what fights are going to be done.
I’m not 100% sure this member should be fighting 6 weeks from now.

I’m not trying to impinge on women’s rights. But, I’m not sure that 8 weeks before your due date is the best time to be performing a sword fight.

And, another member can’t fight. I’m not saying they would try anyhow, I’m just saying Tom was not sword fighting alone as it appears.


I was glad to see adorabrightmoon smiling as she practiced.


We also started up the fire practice by refreshing everyone’s safety training.



Our newest member got as far as lighting his hand on fire.


Tom seemed to think it was better to take his clothes off.


Josh seemed to set the wrong side of his hand on fire.


We also tried out our newest fire “toys”.


We’re not 100% sure how we are going to use them yet.
There were several suggestions.

I’m sure we’ll think of something.

Tom is ghost fighting,cool. Adorabrightmoon was happy she had a fight where she kicked butt and won.
