There is an engineering solution!

I was determined to sleep better last night then I have been.
But, how?
Allergy pills don’t seem to help. Changing the sheets and pillow cases
doesn’t seem to help. Changing the air filter doesn’t seem to help.
Then, I had an idea. I took all of my bedding and piled it up next to the
bed as an extension off the side. (Our bed is only 6” off the ground, so
it isn’t hard to extend it this way.)
Then, I put my pillow and my head right in front of the air filter output.
A brand new HEPA filter blowing right into my lungs.
It was the best night of sleep I’ve had in more than a week.
Our course I was hanging sideways out of the bed and kept worrying that I’d
be kicking my wife. But, that didn’t seem to happen.
And, about 4AM I woke up with my throat really dry from the wind blowing
down it.
But, other than that it worked great!
Now I know how to sleep in allergy season.
