No, I’m not

A very large percentage of the folks I interact with seem to have the same
question for me today.
So, if you’re interested:
I’m not getting an iPad 2 when they go on sale in 4 hours.
I’m not intending to get one at all.

I like the new cover they came up with, and a camera would be nice.
But, that isn’t worth the price of a new one to me.

Rumors abound that the iPad 3 will be a real major step forward not just a
bump in processor speed, a bit of weight reduction and a camera.
Maybe when that comes out…

But for now, the iPad I’ve had for most of a year is just fine for me.

But... but... but Frank - you are the technological trend-setter of your entire office, and for many of your friends! Who will they all look to for direction if you are not maintaining your position at the cusp of Apple-based technology? I bet you a dollar that your boss gets one of the new iPads and flaunts it at the office before the end of the month! ;-)

I'd kinda agree with you here, what's so bad with the original Ipad that you have to leave it in a year's time to "upgrade" People don't do that with their laptops when the next version hits shelves...
