Frank and the forest of glass

We had a storm for the middle three days this week and are expecting another storm tomorrow. But, today the trees look very nice.


I know the ice is dangerous. It drags the trees down. It brings down power lines. I collapses roofs.
But, driving in today as the sun rose over the ice coated trees, I thought it was very nice looking.

I agree, both sunrise and sunset casting through the trees and glowing with the ice was something to see.

...Despite the sun glare on 495.

But, considering the sun is now shining as such over 495 like this is an indicator we are slowly approaching Spring again.
AND, seeing the sun after all of the misery of the storms is a nice change, so I'm willing to deal with the sun-glare
during my commutes. :D
