fbhjrToday the consultant is going to give his quality recommendations.
Since his communication recommendation was “take away their reply all button” I’m afraid his quality recommendation will be something like “incoming inspection keeps sending email about parts being bad, they should stop that.”
We’ll see.

He did suggest email etiquette training for everyone.
He suggested that the company would work better if we stopped jumping through hoops for special orders and stopped letting people do stuff without following the process.
Even he admitted that it was the highest level people who did that. He didn’t have any suggestions on how to stop it, other than saying we should.
We’ll see how that works out.
