Disgusting question
May. 22nd, 2009 12:44 amI have insomnia all the time. In the best of cases it’s only one night or so a week. But, it can often be more frequent.
Usually, it’s my mind racing, something worrying me, ideas shooting through my head or some such.
Now, in retrospect I understand my mistake.
Bean based dinner last night. Beef and been burrito for breakfast today. Leftovers for lunch. Soy bean based frozen treat for desert.
So, the disgusting question:
Am I the only one who has lost a nights sleep because their own farts are so loud and frequent it keeps them awake?

Date: 2009-05-22 03:22 pm (UTC)This week, we didn't have an issue with human farting - we've discovered that giving the dogs ham, or ham bones, causes the worst case of canine farting ever experienced by anyone. The dogs weren't happy, we weren't happy, and my wife left for another bedroom as she couldn't take the accumulation of dog farts in our bedroom.
I just passed out from the fumes and think that I had a psychedelic experience, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Date: 2009-05-22 09:03 pm (UTC)I have farted so hard/loud laying in bed that it had reverberated and shook the bed slightly. That was interesting.
I think I'm realizing if I eat a lot of deli meats during the week I'll spend much of the day at work farting away, not nessesarily loudly, more like the 'put put put' sort of farting...the smell is always pretty rank.
