This week it was back to work, the long drive and the rabbits in the courtyard of my work place.





The good news is that while we were away, the apartment complex did put in a new air conditioner for our apartment. It’s external to the building, but it works.



Tuesday was the "monthly" reunion dinner with the folks from my old company. Despite the monthly schedule, it was the first time most folks were there since April.



Friday night we went to the retirement party of my wife’s cousin.


So a police officer for a quarter of a century retires, what do you have at the party?
Yes, a table full of donuts…


We got to meet my wife’s cousins neighbors…
We did get a bit of time with her cousin and aunt, but not a lot.


Yesterday we went to see my aunt. We try and go once a month, but it’s been longer than that due to all the stuff going on.



It was a nice day, so we went out to lunch, got some frozen desert and then went to the movies.
