Wow, British Airways has bad customer service

We got new passports. The reservations are made with the old ones.
I don’t want to show up at the airport and not be able to get on the plane due to a mismatch.

So, I tried to update it on their web site.
Won’t work.

Tried their chat bot. It said I had to call.

I called and was told "we’re too busy to talk to you" and hung up on.
Five times over 90 minutes.

The 6th time, it didn’t hang up on me, but put me on hold.
For 53 minutes.

Then, a nice young man did fix the issue fairly quickly.

Once I hung up, they called me back with a customer service poll to see how happy I was.
Morons.

Amazing service, compared to Air Canada!

National airlines don't have to care.

I was going to say something similar! I've heard absolute horror stories from people who've had to try to contact Air Canada's "customer service".

I haven’t flown Air Canada in a long time. But, you folks certainly aren’t making me thing that’s a mistake…
