This week’s practice

The forecast was for rain, but it was sunny, cool and dry. Pretty much our perfect weather.

But, also perfect for pollen.
It’s hard to see in this photo, but the air was FULL of floating pollen and seed pods.

Lots of floating seed pods came to ground today.

And, the car was covered with pollen.


I was very annoyed to find that Amazon had left a bunch of packages for other buildings on our steps.


Our building is H. These were folks folks in D and J. The names were not in any way close to ours.
I complained to Amazon and their AI was convinced I had been sent a present I didn’t want and wanted to return it for cash.
Finally I told the stupid computer to get me a real person. A real person did call me, but basically said "we can’t do anything about that."

My wife and I delivered them for the multi-billion dollar company that can’t be bothered.


It was nice at practice.
And, the owners of the practice ground have a very nice yard.


Tom is on a whip kick and I can’t get him to stop.

If he didn’t have 15 years of experience with us, has done more than 200 shows, and was our most talented performer, it might bother me more.
As it is, whip away.


Of course the car only got more pollen there by the trees.


We did actually do sword fighting.


The woman of glass tells me she can’t sword fight as her leg is still a problem. But, I guess whips are OK.


On the way home a huge bug went splat on our windshield.
I thought its remains looked like some sort of logo…


My wife and I did spend a bunch of time practicing what we’re going to do in Germany.
The video of the sword moves is a whole 1/30th of the time we need to fill…
