Tuesday the lunar eclipse was still going on when I left for work.

I saw the first robin of spring and it seemed quite well fed.

The drive home was not good due to an ice storm.

Wednesday I worked from home until I saw all the ice melting off the trees at once and then drove in.

Not sure what the robots get up to when I’m gone.

The police in my town seem to share their information freely.

Thursday my department went to visit a supplier that was two buildings over from where I used to work 12 years ago.

They used a furniture I designed at the company I worked at before that one, and plan to reuse the methods in my new design.
This led to a strange conversation with their sales person.
"Any other questions?" he asked after our tour and meeting.
"Can I vandalize your office furniture?" I asked.
"Why?"
"To show my boss photos of how I plan to join beams in my new design."
"Sure, go ahead."
One of the other engineers came and watched me do it to see what I was doing.

I did put it back together afterwards.

Friday morning was another ice storm with several accidents I drove by on the way in.

It got a bit better as the day went on, but not much.

Friday night my wife and I went out to the local sushi place. Bad parking in the lot…

Aw man, back in the 90s I had a stack of novelty Parking Violation tickets that I got at a joke shop. They were yellow and had the words "Parking Violation" written across the top in big letters. The fine print of the ticket read like something Monty Python would have written. The one part I remember was the line, "You took up enough space for a whole team of camels, and if it were within my right, you'd receive two tickets." That would have been a perfect situation to leave one of those tickets.
