It’s almost daylight when I go to and from work these days.



Of course, that means you can get the sun in your eyes too.


On the trip to and from Australia, the first and last plane had a video game called 2048 that I got playing. When home, I downloaded it to my iPad.
After about a month of playing, I finally won…


I had my physical Tuesday.
I’m worried that my doctor’s office has a language problem.

After all, how do they "ARRIVE you in the computer"?


Wednesday, a bit of snow. But, not much for this time of year.


I got this ad from Scientific American.
This phrase certainly caught my attention: Pseudoscience and falsehoods are widely disseminated through a pernicious amalgam of tweets, fake news and bluster.

I’m not sure why they sent me the ad for a subscription. I’ve subscribed for many years already.

Friday we had an alternate game night so perrin_o_ravnos could attend.

We ordered chicken wings.


Then, we played Mysterium.



Then Terror of Meeple city.





Then, the Girl Genius card game.



Saturday I went into Worcester to get my hair cut.



I lived across the street from the fish restaurant on this billboard and never ate there. I didn’t know it was a landmark…


Then we went for pizza and Pokemon.


We went to the movies because they reached out and grabbed us.


Actually we saw this one:

It was good. But, as I grew up a big fan of the space program and had read a lot about it. So, I knew of them before this. And, they were actually even more talented than the movie shows. But, it was still cool.

Heh, "arrive" you. When I work in the oncology clinic, we "attend" patients. It's a bit better than "arrive" I think.

I will check Hidden Figures out. I think I would like that movie!

I still want to go see that movie, but we are having to buckle down the budget since my book binge. =(
