This week’s sword practice
Oct. 23rd, 2016 08:41 pmIt wasn’t all that sunny when we set off for sword practice.

But, it got sunny as we got to Connecticut.

Due to all the rain the other day, the water level behind the dam was quite high.

It was a windy day. Between that and the rain the other day, lots of leaves have fallen off of the trees.

The trees that still have leaves are very pretty.

For some reason, the person we rent the practice grounds from was decorating the garage.

Don’t know why…
At the show last week, I knocked my wick off my fire sword during the fight.
So, I had to reattach it this week.

By the time I was done, Tom and his kids had arrived.

His daughter continues to be very serious about sword fighting, even though she is still only 2.

It was a nice day to be sword fighting.

But, sadly, only my wife, myself and Tom showed up.

That did not stop us from practicing for next month’s show.

Then, off again home.

It was a nice drive.

You can see that lots of leaves are down.
