Pokemon stuff

At lunch today I saw a Pokemon I had not seen before. It took me 12 ultra Pokeballs and a raspberry. That’s a lot for a medium power Pokemon…


So, I got to thinking about how many I’d caught and the distribution.


The curve is a fairly good curve for probability. I do hope that maybe more will show up towards the far end.
Now, there is a preponderance of Pidgies.

Super interesting! I get a ton of pidgees and rats but also a fair amount of picahus and ponies. I've seen 1 staryu, 2 goldeen, and 3 magikarp and 1 oddish...

I work at a robotics company that is next to some major power lines. I am very surprised I don't see more electrical Pokemon...

You have seen a lot of different Pokemon, but so many Pidgeys! Working in a hospital, you'd think I'd see more ghost Pokemon...
