Week in Photos
Jun. 18th, 2016 12:20 pmTo give you an idea of the pollen levels we’ve had this week, this is the gas pump where I bought gas this week.

The weather has been very nice for late spring/early summer, but I’ve mostly stayed in with my air filters.
The bugs seem to be trying to get rid of the plants.

Sadly they seem to go after leaves, not the pollen producing things.
But, still pollinators are coming to an end.

And, summer is almost here.

(Monday just after 6PM…)
We’ve been getting a lot of very local storms.

I did get my new sword this week.

It is a reproduction of an original that my wife,

I’ve been waiting all of that time for someone to make a reproduction of it.
Sadly, the people who do aren’t known for great swords.
And, this one does NOT have the balance of the original.
Sad.
(There are two other companies that make reproductions, but they are out of my price range…)
Walking through the market this week I was surprised to see "edible Aloe". Would they sell it if it wasn’t edible in the fruit section?

Our new library looks like it will be ready soon!

Sadly, Storage Man has not had much luck this week. I’ll probably post more about that later…

For some reason, summer seems to make driving worse.

I can understand going slow and having a lot of accidents in the winter with ice and snow.
But,why now? Don’t know.
I do love the valley where we live.

There isn’t a single time I come to the top of the hill where we live and look across at Worcester that I don’t think about how much I like it here.
Our airport even gets one plane in and one plane out a day!

There are 3 bigger airports within about 60miles/100km…
There is a lake at the bottom of the valley, not a river.

Friday we crossed the lake to go to game night.

There was a lot of effort getting the fire going.
My wife made special burgers for herself. (Too much cheese for me…)

Just plain burgers for me.

There was entertainment.

We did eat inside.

Then moved back out for moon rise and marshmallows.

After all that we only had time for one game. Granted, it takes a bit.

"Deadwood Studios" is a game about making B Westerns.

It is fun enough, but does take a while.

We set off home just before midnight. We found the bridge lights change along with the traffic lights. I don’t think in sync, but it’s hard to tell.
