More on the hat

Since some of you seemed interested in the hat, I thought you should see it before the fire is added as it looks very different.


You can see how the ends are curled.


This is why we thought the shape would be more than just pillars of fire on either side of my head.


But, that is how it turned out.

I'm glad that you didn't burn off your hair - or worse !
Fire sure can be a "living thing" it seems - the thermodynamical
interaction of fuel, hot gases, and the conditions of the atmosphere never ceases to amaze me.
