On being honest
Oct. 9th, 2014 10:01 pmMonday when I got some candy from the candy machine at work, it gave me two bags of M&Ms instead of one.
I felt quit bad about that as I could not figure out any way to properly pay for that second bag.
Yesterday when buying lunch at the cafeteria, I thought of something.
"Does you company do the candy machines?" I asked.
"We do," the cashier said. "Has one broken?"
"Not really," I replied. "But, it gave be two bags of M&Ms when I only paid for one. I thought I should pay you for the extra one."
"The machine gives you extra candy, then you should celebrate that happy day!" he said.
"OK, I’ll do that. But, remember I did offer to do the right thing."
"So noted. Who’s next in line?"
So, free candy. Yay.

Gummy tarantulas
May. 2nd, 2008 12:53 pmI like gummy candy. But, these are awful. However, this makes me think I should be thinking about more important things than candy:
