Game night November
Nov. 15th, 2014 11:32 amThe snow Thursday night did not amount to much.

After work we went to game night. We did not do a dinner thing there, but ate before we got there.
Charles and his sons were there, and we started playing the farm game. (Have you herd…)

Then we switched to Monty Python Flux.

The other end of the table was playing some game about falling out of an airplane.

Our end switched to "King of Tokyo".

It ended as a battle between Godzilla (me) and King Kong (Charles). That seemed right.

Other folks were visiting while we played games.

We switched to the squirrel nut game. It can be hard to not take photos of minors some times…

The game has some need for reaction time. Charles and I managed to hurt our fingers trying to reach for cards at the same time.

We moved on to playing a game called "Pairs".

Finally we switched to Tardis Jenga. We played a lot of that. Tom also drove down from New Hampshire. It was the first time we’ve seen him since August. It was nice to see him.

There was a great moonrise on our way home. It did not photograph well, but it looked great.

This looks like so much FUN!

Date: 2014-11-15 09:57 pm (UTC)Each individual event runs from about 6PM to whenever folks go home. That is usually some time between 11 and midnight, but has run shorter or longer depending on events.

falling over asleep.
