When we went to game night the sky was again weird with a refraction rainbow.

I brought my thermal camera so we could see see the cook out going.

You can tell that food needs to be cooked when it is that cold on the grill.

At some point I may go back and look at their insulation for them.

Even their trees are hot.

And, their compost is even hotter.

Optically, the sunset continued to be very nice.

The food was getting warmer.

But, eventually it cooked.

Some of the food was supposed to be cold.

We did eventually play games as well.

We played a game about being an explorer from the 1800’s.

It is in beta from a kickstarted, but still fun.

Then we played the fireworks game.

Overall a fun night!

What do you call that meat you had on the grill? We would call the long one a sausage - looks like a sausage to me. Do you call it a hot dog?

Interesting sky!

Technically I'd call it a bratwurst.
But, I certainly would think it a sausage. It is NOT a hot dog. I don't like hot dogs...

I did think of you're sausage sizzle post as I took the photos of it on the grill.
But, no bread, onions or anything else on it...

yeah hot dogs are not good - who knows what they put in them.

Ah ok - same same but different. We have bratwursts too but you would usually buy them specifically from a butcher who specialises in German food.

Interesting.

Here they are often a choice in the sausage section of the meat department of markets.
They've only really become popular the last 10 years or so. But, now they are very common.
When I was growing up it was another German sausage, Knockwurst, that was popular.
I hated those. Just like big hotdogs in my mind.

Yeah - I'm not a fan of the real german sausage - I think it's quite a strong flavour.
