End of the couch

After three days of snow, it was nice to have a day sunny and above freezing.


I drove off to Worcester to get my hair cut.


Then, it was time to deal with the old couch. The new one we ordered will be here next week, and we needed to get rid of the only one my wife bought in 1988.


blue_micha had suggested skinning the leather off of the couch and making costumes with it. So she and perrin_o_ravnos came over to help do that.


We got a fair bit of leather off of it, then Perrin and I carried the frame out to the dumpster.


Doing this, we found everything we’d ever lost in it.


This does leave us with a seating shortage until the new one arrives.


I’ve got to work on rearranging things before the new one gets here.
