I don’t know what was going on yesterday, but I was terribly sad.
I’ve got nothing to point out for an external cause. There were, and still
are, all sorts of things going on in my life to stress things different
ways. Hurricanes, impending customer visits, impending sword shows 1500
miles from home, long hours, working weekends, car repairs (my wife’s not
my Prius) and all sorts of other things.
But, that’s pretty much business as usual.
A lot of it has been more concentrated than usual the last month or so.
But, I really don’t know why yesterday afternoon I just was incredibly sad.
It got better when I got home to my wife, because things are always better
when I’m with her. But, it still didn’t go away.
Today it is still a bit there, but not like yesterday.

It seems a bit strange to me that looking across my friends list both here,
on facebook and Google+ I see a bunch of people saying similar things.

I’m not a person to deny being sad, or say there is anything wrong with
being sad. I don’t enjoy being sad, but I do accept that it is something
that happens from time to time and isn’t the whole condition of life. I
just wish I could figure out why it all seemed to hit at once like that.

a lot of folks are affected by the low pressure. I usually like storms because the seem to clear the air for me, but this one didn't. I hope things brighten for you day by day.

The storm was the best part of it for me. I like storms and it wasn't too bad here.
I feel bad for the folks were it was bad. But it was rain and wind for me. And, not all that much of either.

It could be low pressure. I am sensitive to it, but usually like low pressure systems.
And, I've seen a lot of posts from folks saying similar things, even from the folks well outside the storm range.

had to have been the atmosphere or changing of the seasons.

I know I tend to get really loopy around Daylights savings time, can go for a week or a month to adjust.

I seemed to also have a bout of malaise recently.

A lot of people get seasonal affective disorder this time of year. (the acronym is even SAD har!)

I was overwhelmingly sad this last weekend as well, but I know the reason for mine! (need to make a postie!)

::hugs::

I think it's just a sad time of year- apart from everything else that may be going on.

*hugs*
