When I got up yesterday morning, the car was covered in frozen rain.

I had not put a scraper into the new car as I thought we were past that. So, I borrowed the one from my wife’s car and scraped it off.

I don’t think I mentioned it here on LJ, but

evrgreen bought me a license plate frame for my new car! It is very nice and I like it quite a bit!

Although it started frozen, the day turned out warm and sunny. Bad for me as it means the plants were big into having sex in my lungs.

I got a new app for my iPhone that will tell me the service quality of the three iPhone providers where the phone is. It confirms what I thought about using AT&T at work.

6.7 times faster than the Sprint I had been using. I am not surprised by this as I couldn’t even speak over my Sprint phone unless it was up against the front windows of the building.

In the evening we went off to

zosh’s place for game night.
This month we were cooking out.

While the grill was getting smokey,

perrin_o_ravnos told tales of flaming breakfasts at the gaming convention they went to last weekend.

The grilling worked out well and everyone seemed to like the food.

We played the superhero game they brought back from the convention.

My group got stomped on my Galactus on Mars. Sad.

We did go out and look when a good portion of the Worcester fire department went speeding by.

But, they were going somewhere else, not our smoky cook out, so it was OK.

Then we played a game called guillotine where you’re trying to collect the heads of French nobles in the revolution.

cosmicirony seemed to really like this one.
