A Sunday off

As we had a show yesterday we didn’t have sword practice today. So, my wife and I headed off to the Worcester Art Museum.
After all, it is home to the Worcester Hunt.


We mostly went to the special exhibits you can’t photograph, so not many photos.

Instead of taking a photo of a bench, I took a photo from a bench.


The staircase has nice posts.


My wife did go to the jade exhibit.


Then, we headed over to the Higgins museum. Our membership ran out yesterday, so we went to renew.
We did look at some daggers.



And, some other things.


We also saw the new viking exhibit.


Over the last week, we’ve noticed a preponderance of cars that are silver or red. My car isn’t so hard to spot.


We had lunch, then palusbuteo joined us at the restaurant. That was a bit strange. I’ve never had the “check in” function on facebook actually invoke someone’s presence before.

Then, off to the market.


I have to admit, I wonder about this sign.

Does that mean I could get something that is a mix of mammoth and bantha?

When we got home, we downloaded the beta of the next World of Warcraft expansion.
It’s a beta. So, not perfect.


The new expansion is an Asian theme with player character pandas. It sounds like fun, but there were too many people to be able to do quests.


The line to complete quests was just too long.


So, eventually, we gave up.

Maybe in a couple of days...

Yeah, the Check In function has a lot of unintended creepy-stalker undertones inherent in its system.
And it's why I don't use it.

...Which is what I do NOT intend to use it for, this was an exceptionally rare occasion, since I happened to be heading out the door
to go to the museum anyway, and the last thing I saw on FB was your update, so I figured, what the heck?

But thanks for letting me meet up with you and chatting, it was really nice.
And the car is very cool :D
