I dreamed that my wife, [livejournal.com profile] blue_micha and I were coming back from
some event together.  It was dark, damp and windy out as we walked down the
street.  I think it was the fall as fallen leaves swirled down the road as
we walked down it.  It wasn’t raining, but clearly had recently as the
ground was still very wet and the sky cloudy.
The street we walked along was fairly wide with a sidewalk made of big
stone squares that had a fairly high stone wall along the edge of it.
As we walked along the sidewalk, there was a tool shed sitting up against
the wall.
I took out my keys and opened it up.
“Careful, I don’t want these leaves to get inside,” I told the other two as
they went in.
I kicked the leaves by the door back out as I walked in.
Inside was very large and dark and I knew that it was a Tardis.  The
chameleon circuit worked on this one and that was why it looked like a tool
shed.
Instead of a control room when we went in, I found the living room of my
parent’s house.  It was very dark, but I could see someone standing in
front of the television.
It was my sister.  But, when she was young.
“Sis!” I shouted and ran over and hugged her.  “I’m so glad you’re here!”
“I got your card and decided to stop by,” she said.
Dream Ends

Last night my wife and I did have dinner with [livejournal.com profile] blue_micha.  No
tool sheds were involved.
My sister’s birthday was last week, and I did send a card.
I woke up from the dream and it was 12:15.  Part of me feared that this was
some way of knowing my sister has died.  Hopefully not.
There are many traits of my grandmother I hope not to inherit.  Being able
to predict your sibling’s deaths is certainly high up on the list.
But, hopefully the most it means is that my sister did get my card and was
thinking about me.
