Yesterday [livejournal.com profile] perrin_o_ravnos did his first fire breath at
practice.
He did very well.  There didn’t seem to be any problems.
But, I still worry about it a lot.
Maybe because one of the first few times I saw anyone do it, things when
horribly wrong.
I’m always worried that will happen again.
Granted, mostly because of my wife, we have vastly better tools, techniques
and safety procedures then that other group did 8 years ago.
But, it still worries me every time someone does it.

Perrin has been practicing it for a long time, and did a great job!
Congratulations to him!
I’m glad he did it safe and well.

As the person beside you at those other instances, can't say that didn't have an impact

Nicely done, Perrin!

I can understand the worry - It does serve it's purpose to make sure everything for safety and practice have all been worked up.

It's when you don't worry and don't care how it's being done, that's when something bad will happen, and then you should really worry :D

You may not intended it as such, but hearing "That looks a lot like Eric of Faire Winds fireball" was a huge compliment. I shall make sure I wont do it in hay and/or with alcohol ;)

It was intended as a compliment. :)
