The other day in the supermarket, I saw they already had out Halloween candy.

“That’s disgusting,” the person next to me said. “It’s two months early! Next thing you know they’ll put out the Christmas stuff and that’s just wrong.”

While I agree with this assessment, I was surprised to hear it from my 6 year old godson.

Today, the Thanksgiving stuff was out. I’m glad my godson wasn’t there to see it.

I hate to tell ya, but the halloween stuff was out in Aug. I love halloween and all but dang, can't they wait till mid sept. I have also already seen Christmas stuff getting step up in at least three places. Okay I've started my shopping but thats only because I have to budget it out. And Ben is smart so many others aren't.

It will eventually be "all holidays all the time"
whenever one is a few weeks to coming up the stuff for the next will be set out. A rolling inventory for consumerism.
Of course, the big spender's may end up just as all-year festivities.. Santa at the beach in red swimwear reminding you, it's only 8 months away!
