I have not been feeling good lately.
I can’t really say I’m feeling sick either, although that was closer to how
I felt Saturday.
I just feel all around run down.
I know part of it is that I haven’t been sleeping well.  And, when that
goes on for a while I feel this way.  But, that is somewhat reinforcing as
feeling off makes it harder for me to sleep, which makes me feel more off
the next day, etc.

Having looked back at some of my dreams when I’m not feeling well, I’ve
found something that reoccurs.  When I’m not sleeping well, I dream that
something runs over my hands as I sleep.
I had that happen last night and it woke me right up. But, there was no
sign of anything that might have done it.
Unlike previous times, I did not dream that whatever ran over my hand then
went into a hole near my bed where there was a glowing blue city of tiny
singing people.
I actually feel sort of let down I missed out on that this time.

Of course checking the pollen level says they are “medium-high” and having
been increasing steadily for the last 10 days.  And, I did have the windows
open over the weekend as it was fairly cool out.  So, what I probably did
was cover my bed in pollen to later complain I can’t sleep.

So, pillow case in the laundry tonight for sure.

I'll start the laundry when I get home-do you want me to make a laundrymat trip?

When the air gets exceptionally bad I have weird dreams, too. What is that about?

That there are little people running up and down my arm, then into a hole in the floor next to my bed where they have a city between the floor and the ceiling of the next apartment.

The thing is, I don't realize it is a dream. I wake up saying "where did it go?" and dig around the bed looking for the hole.

Yeah - allergies. PTOOIE!

I did learn in Physiology (and remember I got a C+) something about a theory that allergies are left over remnant from when we used to constantly have nematodes in our bodies and needed to fight them off. Now we don't have flatworms, just the fighting off part disguised as allergies... Or something like that.
