27 years and lobster

It was 27 years ago last night that I met my wife. To commemorate this event, she requested lobster.
Despite what many of you voted, I did not drive to the sea.
But, I did drive to a seafood restaurant that has a picture of the sea.



And yes, it was a real north Atlantic Lobster.


My wife goes after lobster with a focus I rarely see in others.



That does not mean she is big on me sharing that focus.


But either way, the giant sea bug was dispatched quickly.


I did not indulge in sea bug myself. I went after smaller invertebrate having scallops and clams.


I know some of you voted for me to do a romantic lobster dance. Sadly, lobster costumes are in short supply. So, I used the lobster shaped clam holder to do the dance for me.


After dinner, we went off to see the movie Inception, which we both enjoyed.

Granted, no trip to Burger King in the middle of the night, then making out in the back seat of the car like we did 27 years ago. But, going home to air conditioning is pretty good too.

I'm glad you got in some kind of Lobster Dance. That was important.

I love the photo of her being protective about her...prey. Too funny, too true. Never get between a Holly and her lobster dinner. ;D

so you didn't have BK, instead A/C, not that I want to know, but I hope you got some make-out time for additional celebration...
