Game night July!

As it is summer and quite warm, this month’s game night was a cook out. Lots of people seemed to bring some -ies type of desert. Berries, cherries, etc.



OK, that last one was potato salad, but you get the point.

zosh & yebo do not have air conditioning, and there were a lot of people there this month. So, it got very warm inside.


julytooth brought several of us gifts that were very nice.


There was too much calling DOOM! for me to get pictures of Nanuk, but we did play it.

We also played a lot of Dominion.
cosmicirony seemed sad about this as he is better at being evil at Nuclear War then Dominion. But, he did his best.


Then, we played Jenga-Max:


perrin_o_ravnos tried to distract other players with sound effects from his Droid. So I countered with my iPad. Neither one seemed to distract the other much.
So, we both headed to our respective Apps store.

That was when I downloaded the free app “Fart Piano”:

It is truth in billing and does exactly what you imagine it would.
Tim can actually play the piano and did his rendition of the National Anthem and Chopsticks rendered in fart noises.
The game had to be suspended while this was going on as Perrin and I were laughing too hard to continue.

But, once the electronics were put away, we managed to build some pretty big structures.


So although hot, it was a good time.

Oh...DAMN...Fart Piano?

Dammit...and I had to leave early to get sleep to spend all day at the museum today...

I hadn't been gettng good sleep all week due to the heat, so I was wiped out quickly, too :(

I missed the Fart Piano...UGH.
