I think I threw out my stomach

I once threw out my back reaching down to get a pen I dropped.
Last night, I bent over to get a sock on the floor. I got a very strong cramp in my side doing it.
It really feels like my back did when I threw it out, just on the other side.
So, I guess that means I threw my stomach out. I don’t hear that happening to other people, but I guess I’m just lucky.
Sad.
