I was happy when the One A Day vitamin company came out with Gummie vitamins.
Not being able to drink milk, I need to take calcium supplements. Most are made of ground up sea shells and are just as easy to eat as regular sea shells.
So, this sounded great to me and I got some.
Two things struck me about them.
They don’t have calcium.
For a “One A Day” vitamin, isn’t it strange that it tells you to take 2 a day?

The good news is that some of their competitors make Gummie calcium.
They also require 2 a day. But, at least they don’t call themselves “One A Day”.

I was going to say maybe when you have eggs to crush the eggshells into a powder yourself and save some money

but you have a problem with eggs, too yes?

sorry I can never keep track of people's allergies. I try though :P

I have no problem with eggs. But, trying to get my calcium through egg shells would mean quite an investment in eggs...
