fbhjrBecause of the rainy spring that lasted until August, then a heat wave, I haven't taken the bike out much this year.
I have walked all over the place. So, when I thought to ride the bike up to the Post Office today, I didn't think it would be a big deal.
But, as I learned, walking and biking use different muscles.
Now that the weather is cooler and sunny, I need to use the bike ones more often...
