Time for new shoes

This morning I looked at the weather report. It said it was 71 degrees out, well below where I set the air conditioner.
So, in my attempt to save money, I turned off the AC and opened all the windows.
It was so humid out that a fog formed in my apartment.
Sad.
I closed things back up and turned the AC on again until it went away.
Then, I set off to meet my wife for lunch. I saw the tree near my car already had acorns ready to go. It was so dark and rainy out that the flash came on as I tried to take the photo.

It was raining really hard as I brought the lunch in to my wife.

When I got up to her office, I noticed my feet were very wet. A quick inspection showed why.

I’ve known about the back for a while, but the real reason they filled up was the new hole in the front.

On my way out, I saw the local hawks on top of a building and tried to take their pictures.

But, I realized something was wrong. My camera had fogged up. Sadly it was internal.

So, I wasn’t able to get a good picture of the banana that was still on the ledge of the parking garage.

I drove with the camera on the dashboard with the defroster blowing on it. It seems to have fixed it. I hope so.

I was very happy to find the shoe store was once again stocking the kind of sneaker I like, so I bought them and went home happy. Now I’m watching the VERY hard rain come down and am glad I’m indoors.

Zero progress on jobs this week. There was only 1 on line posting that applied which is one of the lowest I’ve seen.
I did write to my old boss and suggest I do a “work for Solidworks” deal with him. He’s on vacation this week and said to call him next week. But, if I could get a seat of it at home for doing some work for him, it would be nice.
