It appeared that scaling ladders were being used to mount an assault on our apartment, so I set off for my wife’s place of work.

Not far from where we live is an intersection where I was in my first accident as a driver. I was 22 and on the way home from visiting my (now) wife when a 53 year old man from Northboro hit me while running a red light. (53 year old men from Northboro are the bane of my life. Not sure why...)
I normally avoid that intersection as bad drivers abound there. But, with all the construction these days, it was the fastest way to my wife’s work.

I found driving around here has not improved in the 24 years since that accident.
After all if you’re a big truck trying to pull out on a busy road where another truck is coming up a hill, what will you do?

That’s right, cut off the truck coming up the hill making traffic in both directions stop...

But, I got to my wife’s work.

Hawks were over looking the parking garage on the cloudy cool day.

I went upstairs and battled my wife’s evil chair.

This chair has caused her great pain in the last few weeks and I did my best to bring it’s reign of terror and back pain to an end.

I’m not 100% sure who won. But, my back is OK and I was able to walk away.

When I got back to the car, I noticed a banana on the wall in front of my car.

As you can tell from the above photo, I had gone over to the edge and looked over when I got there. There was no banana there then.
So, for some mysterious reason some person came by and left a banana in front of my car.

It’s a mystery.

who said it was a person who left the Banana?

Maybe it was the hawks, maybe they felt you needed a treat...Or want you to keep up your good health

Hawks are sweet and thoughtful like that

Crows, however, would likely peel the banana and leave it next to your car door so you'd trip on it. Crows can be evil like that.

(hey, sure beats the bloody wing bone left on the roof of my car in the parkinglot of the Wildlife rehab center I worked at a few years ago...Yeah, the irony...A hawk, falcon or owl apparently left me either a thank-you present or a death threat knowing I worked in wildlife care...Makes you wonder...)

I had told my wife it might be a sign of monkey invasion gone wrong...

Hmm

Monkey Invasion

In that case we will need to import Harpy Eagles, Forest Eagles and Filipino Monkey Eagles...They eat monkeys...

Or in the flavor of the Get Fuzzy comics - Munkys. :P

Do munkys eat squirrels? If then, that means they can team up with the hawks and owls and take care of the Squirrel Invasions.
