but will it include psychiatric counseling services for your character as part of their "gender reassignment". Are there WOW psychiatrists and do they have leather/hide couches ?

I hear that dwarf women and men are virtually indistinguishable, so perhaps this would be a wasted effort if one is a member of the dwarf race. ;-)
