Turkey week in photos

Monday started with me flying back to Boston after the show.


The cargo cranes in Boston are special made short ones because of how low the flight path is over them.


Traffic Tuesday wasn’t great.


I spent much of Tuesday making sure my wife was getting home OK.


Of course, I didn’t object when she sidetracked to get us dinner.


The day before Thanksgiving was pretty.


I took one of those tests on where your political views sit. Apparently I am much closer to the president of Mexico than my own country.


Most of my work Wednesday was figuring out if the size of the holes in my test tube box were right.

They measure right, but aren’t working well…

We got to leave early and found there were helicopters buzzing us.


The drive home was nice.


But, the highways were not in good shape.


Thanksgiving morning was cold. Sad that we forgot eggs for our waffles.
So, after things were in the oven, I went and got some.

My wife had made two pies the night before, but that left the oven, smokey.


Then, the waffle maker broke. Sad.

I did get enough waffles out for breakfast.

And, the turkey cooked well.


It was still cold when we set off for the dinner.


Dinner was good.


After dinner we played a game based on trees.



I generally avoid shopping the day after Thanksgiving. But, I needed to get a new waffle maker.
I was surprised to see our dumpster was overflowing and they didn’t come empty it as they normally do on Fridays.
