As i said when I got them there are a lot of cords to manage in my tech menagerie these day. I’ve been getting very tired of trying to sort out which I need for which one, untangling them all and getting everything charged.

I saw this on line the other day. It seemed like a good idea for sorting them all out. Except, the price tag. It seemed like a lot for a nice box with a power supply. Especially since I already have all the power supplies the things came with.

So, I took a $6 lunchbox from the local market and a $15 surge protected power squid and made my own.


It’s not as nice as the $129 one. But at 1/6th the cost I think it will do.
