Nations and politics…
Jan. 31st, 2016 08:49 pmI’m reading a book on the history of the "nations" that make up the United States.

It’s a very interesting read. Much of the actual history I know. But, casting it in light of the different cultures that went into the country is an interesting way to look at it.
At the same time, I found a quiz on Facebook that shows how you align with the rest of the country.
Apparently I’m off to the left these days.

I used to be pretty much right in the center.
I don’t think it is so much me moving to the left over the years, but the average drifting to the right.
But, maybe that’s just me.
I was surprised at how little my view points match the rest of the country.
Red is a good match, yellow OK, green not much, blue bad.

Even the area where I live isn’t all that good of a match. OK, but not really good.

I really hadn’t thought my point of view that out of sync with the rest of the country.
Ah well. I’m pretty stubborn…
