Christmas in Florida
Dec. 27th, 2015 11:20 pmWhen we woke up Christmas morning, we found Orlando had disappeared.

As the morning progressed a bit, the fog receded.

It got to the point we could see Disney in the distance.

But, after a bit, I realized it wasn’t just fog, it was the camera lens being damp.
So, I worked on that.

Then, things seemed more clear.

Then, we headed over to our cousin’s.

We had a nice dinner and visit with the family.

It was, of course, quite serious…

Much of the discussion was of our cousin who wasn’t there and had gone to Las Vegas to meet his girlfriend.
Yes, later that day he did get engaged. But, as far as we know, not yet married.
Anyhow, in the afternoon we had to head off home.
You can see that even though it was Christmas day folks rushed right over to help us when we returned the car.

If it is any consolation, I didn’t see that either…
The airport was still fairly festive. More folks seemed to be coming in than going out.

The weather continued to be nice.

It was night when we got going. That’s actually the full moon in the photo. It was too bright to photograph.

Only a few hours later, we got to Boston.

Maybe, just maybe, the weather has finally figured out where we are.
After all, the forecast when we got home was "much cooler" than the day before.

That’s much closer to what we expect.
