Strange dream
Jul. 2nd, 2015 08:37 amI actually had this dream down in New Jersey last weekend, but have been
too busy since to write it up. I’m sure that means I’ve forgotten some of
it, but that’s the way it goes with dreams…
I dreamed that
society woman who had this huge estate out near Sturbridge Massachusetts.
She had decided to move into the city and get rid of the estate and was
selling off all of the things she had at the estate.
As she was a big collector of medieval things, the sword troupe went out to
see what was being sold off and see if we could get some of it.
It was an old mansion like many here in Massachusetts. We wandered through
and looked at the items. We bought a few small things, but nothing much.
Everything that was sold was given a tag and placed in a room near the
entrance. You had to go find your items, confirm the tag and then you
could leave with it.
As we walked through the room I was looking at tags to see who had bought
what. I saw William H Macy standing near a kite shield. It was silver in
color and polished so bright it was a mirror. I saw that the tag said it
had been bought by
“Why isn’t
“He is!” William H Macy said.
“He should be getting this and taking it home.”
“He was hoping you’d take it in your car.”
“If
“He is asking you!” William H Macy said.
I realized that he was
in my dream.
(There are times I get guest stars in my dream. My realizing that is going
on doesn’t always break me out of the dream, and it didn’t this time.)
We left the mansion and found that there had been a huge snow storm when we
were in at the sale. There was no way we could get the car out of the lot.
“You’ll have to take the train back to Worcester,” the door guard told us
and pointed down the hill towards the train station in Sturbridge.
We slogged towards the station until we came to a very steep section of
hill.
“We’ll never make it down,” I said. “Unless we slide on something.”
We took the mirror shield, put it on the snow and all of us slid down into
the town.
We got to the train just before it left. It was very crowded.
Dream ends

…I Will Have to Consult Maps. *finger steeple*
I admit I had to look up Mr. Macy, as I don't recognize the name.

In HS when I first tried growing a mustache, some of my friends thought I looked a little like
